Yoga Classes with Deborah Green

Here's how you can practice with me..

Firstly there are "in-person" sessions held on Monday evenings in Uttoxeter & Wednesday evenings In Denstone. 

Tuesday & Friday morning at Denstone, Staffordshire. All session details are below. 

*Unfortunately the "in-person" session are no longer "drop-in".

The sessions are pre-paid in blocks of 4.

You can also buy a recorded session, which is sent to your inbox & then you can press play whenever it suits you - there is a new session released every week.

Price per session:

Recorded £6 (you have access for 7 days)

Morning Classes

 Friday 9.30- 10.30am

@ Denstone Village Hall , Staffordshire.

These sessions are more classical (Hatha) in style. We start by observing the breath and developing the yogic breath and often practice different pranayama techniques & meditation. 

These classes will give to the time understand the postures, improve your flexibility and build strength within your body.

Flexibility and Strength are both important and here you will find a balance. You will have to time to relax deeper into postures/asanas using your breath.

 

 

 

Evening Classes

Monday 7-8pm 

@ The Guild Hall, Balance St Uttoxeter, Staffordshire.

As with all of my classes, we explore the postures at a gentle pace. You will learn about your allignment in the postures but also what feels right for your body. You will develop your flexibilty & strength  & as there is a huge focus on the breath, you will learn many breathing techniques to either give you energy or to take you deeper into a blissful state of relaxation.

We also practice meditation techniques that you can then use at home or work & enhance your life off your yoga mat.

Wednesday 6-7pm @ Denstone Village Hall, Staffordshire.

Yoga Classes

"I started doing a private 1 to 1 yoga session with Debs to help with ongoing back pain I've suffered with for years. Within 6 months I've been able to stop taking my pain medication & I'm far stronger & able to cope with the physical aspects of my job. I didn't expect to enjoy yoga & had just dismissed it as 'Hippy Rubbish' but I can genuinely say I've fallen in love with it!
