I now offer a few ways for you to join a yoga session.

Firstly there are "in-person" sessions held on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and a Friday morning session.

*Unfortunately the "in-person" session are no longer "drop-in" as I have to stay aware of the numbers.

Please email/message me to see if there is a space for you.

The sessions are pre-paid in blocks of 4.

You can also buy a recorded session, which is sent to your inbox & then you can press play whenever it suits you - there is a new session released every week.

Another option is to join a live-streamed session from your home - for this you can pay as & when you practice - the live-streamed session is available for you to join on the Tuesday session & Saturday morning. I will hopefully be able to live stream more sessions in the future.

The Saturday morning session is uplifting & energising & is also recorded so you can have it sent to your inbox to practice later if you cannot make the live session.

There are soooo many options. I hope something here suits you.

Price per session:

In Person £7 (please email me to see where we are in the payment block)

Recorded £7

Live Streamed £6

(Please note, the merchant name on your paypal payment will be noted as KulaKarmaBox, no worries here, it is how my email is linked to my other passion, aside from yoga is the recently founded KulaKarmabox,  a yoga-inspired selfcare/wellness giftbox delivered straight to your door)

Morning Classes

Friday @Denstone Village Hall 9.30 -10.30

These sessions are more classical (Hatha) in style. We start by observing the breath and developing the yogic breath and often practice different pranayama techniques.

These classes will give to the time understand the postures, improve your flexibility and build strength within your body.

Flexibility and Strength are both important and here you will find a balance. You will have to time to relax deeper into postures/asanas using your breath.

Most sessions include meditation towards the end of the session & then a short relaxation.

Saturday 9-10am  LIVE ONLINE via Zoom

In this session we begin by warming up the body & freeing the joints before moving into traditional Sun Salutations and then blend these with stronger, dynamic postures to build strength & flexibility.

There is a focus on uplifting & energising pranayama techniques at the start of each session.

Evening Classes

These sessions will help you to completely wind down & let go. Use this precious time to not "do" anything. Perfect if you feel overwhelmed or need some time out from being so busy.

These sessions focus on Breathing, Meditation & Relaxation (no yoga asanas/postures)

You will develop your flexibilty & strength  & as there is a huge focus on the breath, you will learn many breathing techniques to either give you energy or to take you deeper into a blissful state of relaxation.

Yoga Classes

"I started doing a private 1 to 1 yoga session with Debs to help with ongoing back pain I've suffered with for years. Within 6 months I've been able to stop taking my pain medication & I'm far stronger & able to cope with the physical aspects of my job. I didn't expect to enjoy yoga & had just dismissed it as 'Hippy Rubbish' but I can genuinely say I've fallen in love with it! I look forward to my weekly sessions not only to see improvement in my poses but also as a way to clear my busy brain! Deb is very patient & knowledgeable & our hour once a week goes far too fast!"
