"I started doing a private 1 to 1 yoga session with Debs to help with ongoing back pain I've suffered with for years. Within 6 months I've been able to stop taking my pain medication & I'm far stronger & able to cope with the physical aspects of my job. I didn't expect to enjoy yoga & had just dismissed it as 'Hippy Rubbish' but I can genuinely say I've fallen in love with it! I look forward to my weekly sessions not only to see improvement in my poses but also as a way to clear my busy brain! Deb is very patient & knowledgeable & our hour once a week goes far too fast!"
